My process uncovers human truth by listening closely, asking better questions, and paying attention to how people respond to a brand or business - not how brands and business owners think they do. I don’t separate logic from emotion because I believe my strategies are clearer and my creativity is more focused when my inspiration comes from my true understanding of those truths.
